All rates quoted are in NZ dollars, are per night and are inclusive of NZ government tax of 15%

Facilities -

Cottage: Lounge with heat pump, TV, DVD player & DVDs, books, magazines and games. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Laundry room with washing machine. Newly resurfaced tennis court. Gas BBQ and sandpit.

Rooms: Two luxuriously furnished guest rooms, one with en-suite .All have access to verandas opening onto a large garden with stunning views beyond to the ocean and mountains. Hairdryers, heaters, and all linen and towels provided.

Location - Surroundings: 6 Kilometres north of Kaikoura. Two hour's drive from Picton ferry terminal.

Closest Airport: Christchurch - 2.5 hours. Also accessible by small plane or helicopter.

PLEASE NOTE! THERE IS NO WIFI AT THE COTTAGE ITSELF. THE GUEST HOT SPOT IS LOCATED AT RECEPTION (outside on the veranda in a sheltered spot), JUST A SHORT STROLL FROM THE COTTAGE. WIFI AT THE GUEST HOT SPOT IS FREE AND UNLIMITED AND AVAILABLE 24/7

Terms & Conditions:
Kincaid Cottage is a very small business and thus any cancelled bookings affects us greatly. We will always do our utmost to re-book cancelled accommodation however, if we are unable to do this we reserve the right to charge as follows:

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date incur no charges
• Cancellations thereafter will result in the total amount for the accommodation being charged (we strongly recommend travel insurance as a great way to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans!).
